Starting in Santa Clara, riders climb to Lick Observatory atop
4,209 ft Mt. Hamilton,
then continue through the remote San Antonio and Arroyo Mocho Valleys
on a 125 mile loop with 8,300 ft of climbing.

Optional Ascent Tour, returning directly from Lick Observatory, is 70 miles with 5,300 ft of climbing.

The Mt. Hamilton Tours are designed for experienced self-reliant cyclists

All Tour cyclists must obey "ALL CALIFORNIA RULES OF THE ROAD"

Bicycles must pass a comprehensive safety inspection at the ride start

RIDERS BRING THEIR OWN FOOD PACKAGES

These will be transported for you to each of the 3 rest stops

Entry Fees: $15 individual, $25 families sending all applications together, if received by April 19th 2012.
Late registration will be accepted on the morning of the ride for a fee of $25 for an individual or $35 for a family.

Fees include food transport, liquids at rest stops, sag, first aid,
mechanical support and date tag. Patches sold separately.
